The Law adopts a new version of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Social Security of the Homeless Adults and Children."
The Law amends the definition of the the concept ‘homelessness´, whereby "the citizens are considered homeless if they do not possess any housing appropriate for the dwelling." The Law alters the working regime of the establishments for the homeless persons. It sets the fundamentals of social security of homeless adults and children, regulating the social relations to protect the constitutional rights of the homeless adults and children, and arranges the working conditions of the non-governmental and charitable organizations in charge of social security.
